Elizabeth Strout
Born in Portland, Maine, Elizabeth Strout now lives in New York City with her husband and daughter, where she teaches literature and writing. Her fiction has appeared in many magazines, including The New Yorker. Her novel, Amy and Isabelle, was one of six Short List winners of The Orange Prize for Fiction, 2000.
