"Be up for the sunrise . . . it is no coincidence that serious meditators, yogis, ascetics, martial artists and many religious orders treat the moments before sunrise as the most precious of the day."

--Little Book of Calm

You might not know that Paul Wilson is, among other things, a businessman and a record producer (of a number of albums including Masters of Calm and Deep Calm), as well as being a much sought after public speaker and strategic consultant.

You probably know him better as the author of that runaway success and number 1 bestseller, the Little Book of Calm, one of those dinky little books placed so tantalizingly at the till of your favourite bookstore. (In my case, at Waterstone's. Have I mentioned this before?) Small enough to fit in a pocket or handbag (I keep mine in my comfort box), portable enough to take with you into any situation when you might need a moment of calm--at a moment's notice. And ideally priced so that you can buy one for yourself and one for your friend as well.

The Little Book of Calm is complimented by Paul's other books: Calm at Work, Instant Calm and The Calm Technique. The combined sales of these have made Paul the world's biggest selling author in the field of calm, a field in which he has chosen to become an authority.

Paul's first book, The Calm Technique is considered to be one of the most influential and widely read of its type. His second book Instant Calm has attracted an even wider audience, remaining on the Australian best seller lists for a record 8 months. Instant Calm has also been translated into 14 languages.

Paul is the biggest selling Australian author of any genre worldwide.

The Calm Centre was established by Paul in 1995, conceived to be a think tank of psychologists, natural therapists, film makers, composers, and musicians.

Paul's books are highly recommended. We can benefit enormously from "being calm" and Paul's series of books provide practical guidelines to achieving this.

Stay calm!
